Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we do. Due to technical reasons, there are two caveats:
- all orders to be shipped abroad have to be paid upfront
- transportation costs are estimated on a case-by-case basis and depend on the country of destination and weight of the whole parcel.
Why can’t I see the transportation costs immediately after choosing the country of destination?
The reason for that is simple – for the time being our site cannot automatically weight your order and thus we are unable to give even an estimate of the postage costs.
Can I pay in Polish zloty (PLN) if the price I got for my order is in euros (EUR)?
Naturally. To do that just e-mail us at sklep@herbapol.krakow.pl saying that you prefer to pay in PLN. We will then recalculate your order and send you the estimate for the merchandise and postage.
