Ingredients:

Ashwagandha root extract containing min. 5% withanolides - 180 mg/caps., filler - cellulose and capsule ingredients (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dyes: copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins).

The content of ashwagandha root extract per recommended daily portion of the product is 180 mg, including min. 9 mg withanolides.

Purpose:

Ashwagandha has adaptogenic properties. It improves the body's resistance to stress. It helps to relax, maintain emotional balance and general well-being. It adds energy, helps maintain physical and mental performance in case of weakness, exhaustion, fatigue and loss of concentration. It helps build muscle mass. It has a beneficial effect on the heart and circulatory system. It supports sexual functions.

Way of use:

Adults: It is recommended to take 1 capsule once a day with liquid. 

Warnings:

The product should not be consumed in the case of sedative, hypnotic, anti-epileptic drugs, should not be used in children, pregnant and lactating women.
