Purpose:
Birch leaf supports the excretory functions of the kidneys and the proper functioning of the urinary tract. It stimulates water removal and supports the body's cleansing process. It supports the proper functioning of joints, supporting their mobility and flexibility. It contributes to normal blood cholesterol levels.
Directions:
Pour 1 teaspoon (approx. 1 g) into a glass of boiling water, cover, and steep for 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion 3 times a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
