Ingredients:
Blueberry fruit (Myrtilli fructus) – 100%.
The blueberry fruit content per recommended daily portion is 10g.
Purpose:
Blueberries support eye health and visual acuity. Anthocyanins in blueberries help stabilize collagen levels in the eye, support retinal function, vascular elasticity, and blood flow. They protect the eyes from free radicals. Blueberries support the digestive system and contribute to the proper metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins.
Directions:
Pour 1 tablespoon of blueberries (approx. 5 g) into a glass (approx. 200 ml) of water and boil for 10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare a decoction twice daily. The fruit can also be used as a healthy snack or as an addition to cakes, desserts, ice cream, or oatmeal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
