Ingredients:

Chamomile flower - 65%, fennel fruit - 35%.

The individual ingredient contents per recommended daily serving are: chamomile flower - 2.6g, fennel fruit - 1.4g.

Use:

Chamomile and dill tea is a natural resource for the body. Fennel and chamomile have a beneficial effect on the digestive tract and support digestion. They help with flatulence and indigestion. Fennel helps with abdominal cramps and increases appetite.

Directions for use:

Adults, adolescents, and children 6 years and older: Steep 1 tea bag in boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. Use twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.

Warnings:

Do not use on small children, pregnant women, or lactating women.
