Directions:
Pour 1 cup of water (200 ml) over 1/2 teaspoon of crushed root (about 1g), heat to boiling and maintain in a gentle boil for about 3 minutes, let stand for 10 minutes, strain. Drink 1/2 cup of decoction, preferably an hour before a meal. Don’t exceed the recommended daily portion.
