Use:
Chicory root is a natural resource for the body. It has a beneficial effect on digestion and liver function. Chicory root is a valued spice added to soups, sauces, salads, cakes, and coffee.
Directions:
Pour 1/2 teaspoon of crushed root (approx. 1g) with 1 cup of water (200 ml), heat to a boil, and keep at a gentle boil for about 3 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes, and strain. Drink 1/2 cup of decoction, preferably one hour before a meal.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Store in a dry place.
