Ingredients:

Guarana fruit - 22%, rosemary leaf - 20%, hawthorn fruit - 15%, ginger - 10%, cinnamon - 10%, ginseng root - 8%, ginkgo leaf - 8%, maca root - 5%, rhodiola root - 2%.

The content of individual ingredients per daily portion of the product is as follows: guarana fruit - 1.1g, rosemary leaf - 1.0g, hawthorn fruit - 0.75g, ginger - 0.5g, cinnamon - 0.5g, ginseng root - 0.4g, ginkgo leaf - 0.4g, maca root - 0.25g, rhodiola root - 0.1g.

Use:

A herbal blend recommended for people struggling with chronic fatigue. Guarana, ginseng, and maca support physical performance. Guarana, ginseng, maca, and rhodiola support mental performance. Rosemary, ginger, cinnamon, ginseng, and rhodiola provide energy. Guarana reduces fatigue. Ginseng revitalizes the body, increases vitality, combats stress and fatigue, and improves mood. Ginkgo and rhodiola help maintain normal cognitive function. Rhodiola also contributes to endurance, strength, and overall well-being. Hawthorn, cinnamon, ginseng, ginkgo, and rhodiola improve circulation.

Directions:

Adults: Mix the product thoroughly, cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Consume once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings:

Do not use in children, pregnant women, or during breastfeeding. Consult a doctor before using this product with other medications. This product contains caffeine and should not be mixed with alcohol. Not recommended for people with hypertension, heart rhythm disorders, stomach and/or duodenal ulcers.
