Use:
For making teas. Corn stigma tea is used as an aid to stimulate urination.
Directions:
Pour 1 teaspoon of corn stigma into a glass (200 ml) of water, bring to a boil, and gently heat for 5 minutes. Drink 1 glass of decoction 3 times a day between meals.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Store in a dry place.
