Use:
Dandelion supports urinary tract function. Supports liver and bile duct function. Improves digestion and has prebiotic properties. It also protects against free radicals caused by stress, alcohol consumption, UV radiation, and environmental pollution.
Directions:
Infuse 1 teaspoon of the root with boiling water (200ml), covered, for 10-15 minutes. Drink a freshly prepared infusion once a day.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Store in a dry place.
