Purpose:
Elderberry helps relieve cold symptoms, is helpful for coughs and hoarseness, and supports the body's natural immunity. Vitamin C supports the proper functioning of the immune system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Directions for use:
Use diluted with a small amount of water or undiluted. It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons (10ml) twice a day.
