Usage:
Elecampane aids digestion, contributes to the proper functioning of the digestive system, and helps achieve digestive comfort. It increases water excretion from the body and contributes to the proper functioning of the urinary tract. It soothes the throat and facilitates breathing.
Directions:
Infuse 1 teaspoon of the root with boiling water (200ml), covered, for 15 minutes. Drink once a day.
