Usage:
Herb tea made from helichrysum inflorescences is an excellent drink with a mild flavor and aroma, recommended for hot consumption. It is a natural resource that strengthens the body. Helichrysum flower has a beneficial effect on the liver and gallbladder. It also supports the body's immunity.
Directions:
Pour 1 teaspoon of helichrysum inflorescences (approx. 0.4g) with 1 cup (approx. 200ml) of water, heat slowly, covered, and then boil for no longer than 5 minutes. Let cool and strain. Drink a glass of decoction 1-2 times a day.
