Use:
Tired, irritated eyes? Long hours in front of a computer monitor or polluted, dry air are a real nightmare for them. It's hard to change jobs or cities, but it's easy to make a soothing eyebright infusion. Washing your eyelids or even just a relaxing fifteen minutes with compresses will relax your eyes, reduce redness, and nourish the skin.
How to use:
Infuse 1 teaspoon of eyebright herb with boiling water (200 ml), cover and steep for 5 minutes, set aside to cool, and strain. Use freshly prepared infusions of eyebright herb and sterile gauze to prepare compresses or wash the eyelids and eye area.
Store in a dry place.
