Usage:
Fennel fruit tea is an excellent drink with a mild flavor and aroma, recommended for consumption both hot and cold. The tea is especially appreciated by new mothers, as it supports lactation and has a beneficial effect on the digestive system. Fennel fruit has long been known for its antispasmodic properties and for helping to get rid of persistent flatulence. It also supports the body's immunity. It is a well-known and valued antioxidant.
Directions:
Infuse half a teaspoon of fennel fruit (approx. 1g) in boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 15 minutes, then strain. Use 1-2 times a day.
