The content of individual plant ingredients in the recommended daily portion of the product is, respectively: elder fruit - 1.62 g, verbena herb - 1.08 g, fennel fruit - 1.08 g, peppermint leaf - 0.9 g, lemon balm herb - 0.9 g, chicory root - 0.42 g.
Purpose:
The tea is a perfectly selected composition of herbs. It's especially recommended for people who struggle with digestive problems on a daily basis and experience discomfort after abundant meals. Peppermint, fennel, chicory, and lemon balm support digestion. Chicory supports the work of the liver. Verbena helps in the proper functioning of the gallbladder. Additionally, fennel helps with flatulence and abdominal cramps.
Warning:
Do not use in pregnant women.
Preparation method:
Pour boiling water (200 ml) over 1 tea sachet, leave under cover for 5-10 minutes. Drink three times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
