Lemon balm herb – 40%, rooibos leaf – 20%, hawthorn berry – 15%, linden blossom – 10%, lavender flower – 10%, sea buckthorn berry – 5%.

Use:

This tea is recommended for restless children. Lemon balm, hawthorn, linden, and lavender support healthy sleep and help reduce tension and anxiety. Additionally, lemon balm has a relaxing effect, helping to maintain a good mood and well-being. Hawthorn and linden reduce irritability. The tea has a natural flavor and delicate aroma.

Directions:

For children over 2 years of age: Cover and steep 1 tea bag in boiling water (200 ml) for 5-10 minutes. Use once a day.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
