The content of individual plant ingredients calculated on the recommended daily portion is: elder flower - 2.4 g, chamomile flower - 1.8 g, anise fruit - 0.6 g, thyme herb - 0.54 g, linden inflorescence - 0.3 g, mullein flower - 0.3 g, raspberry leaf - 0.06 g.
Purpose:
The tea is a carefully selected composition of herbs, recommended for people who want to improve the functioning of the lungs and respiratory system. Thyme and linden support the functioning of the respiratory system and facilitate expectoration. Chamomile, anise, thyme, linden and mullein soothe the throat, pharynx and vocal cords. Chamomile and elder help with common cold. Elder, chamomile, mullein and thyme support the body's natural immunity.
Preparation method:
Pour boiling water (200 ml) over 1 tea sachet, leave under cover for 5-10 minutes. Drink three times a day. Don’t exceed the recommended daily portion.
