Elderberry flower - 40%, chamomile flower - 30%, anise fruit - 10%, thyme herb - 9%, linden inflorescence - 5%, mullein flower - 5%, raspberry leaf - 1%. The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion is: elderberry flower - 2.4g, chamomile flower - 1.8g, anise fruit - 0.6g, thyme herb - 0.54g, linden inflorescence - 0.3g, mullein flower - 0.3g, raspberry leaf - 0.06g.

Use:

This tea is a carefully selected composition of herbs, recommended for those who want to improve the functioning of the lungs and respiratory system. Thyme and linden support the functioning of the respiratory system and facilitate expectoration. Chamomile, anise, thyme, linden, and mullein soothe the throat, larynx, and vocal cords. Chamomile and elderberry help with colds. Elderberry, chamomile, mullein, and thyme support the body's natural immunity.

How to use:

Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion 3 times a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
