The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion is: rose hip – 2.4 g, elderflower – 1.2 g, mint leaf – 0.6 g, linden inflorescence – 0.6 g, thyme herb – 0.6 g, quince fruit – 0.6 g.
Application:
This tea is a carefully selected composition of herbs recommended for people struggling with respiratory problems. Thyme and linden support the functioning of the respiratory system. Thyme, linden, and mint soothe the throat, larynx, and vocal cords. Rose hips and elderberry are helpful for colds. They support the immune system. Quince, rosehips, and herbs give the tea a subtle flavor and wonderful aroma.
Directions:
Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to brew the infusion 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
