How to use:
Adults: pour half a flat teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g) into a full glass of water (250 ml), mix and drink. Use once a day during a meal, before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion of the product.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
