Preparation method:
Infuse 1 sachet of tea with hot water, but not boiling (200 ml; temp. 60-80°C) for no longer than 3 minutes, in order to the tea doesn’t gain a bitter aftertaste.
Balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Store in dry place.
