Ingredients:

Gurmar leaf extract ( Gymnema sylvestre ) standardized to 25% gymnemic acid – 300 mg/caps. and capsule ingredients ( hydroxypropylmethylcellulose , dye: copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins ).

Gurmar extract per recommended daily dose of the product is 300 mg, which corresponds to 75 mg of gymnemic acid .

Purpose:

The product is a perfect complement to the daily diet. Gurmar helps maintain normal sugar levels. Reduces appetite and cravings for sweets. It helps reduce caloric intake. Thanks to its properties, it is helpful in controlling body weight.

How to use:

Adults: it is recommended to take 1 capsule once a day with a meal with liquid.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
