Ingredients:

Cistula leaf - 25%, knotweed herb - 20%, ribwort plantain leaf - 15%, horsetail herb - 14%, ashwagandha root - 10%, moringa leaf - 10%, black cumin seeds - 5%, fucus - 1%. The content of individual ingredients per daily serving is: rockrose leaf - 2.5g, knotweed herb - 2.0g, ribwort plantain leaf - 1.5g, horsetail herb - 1.4g, ashwagandha root - 1.0g, moringa leaf - 1.0g, black cumin seeds - 0.5g, fucus - 0.1g.

Application:

This blend is a perfectly balanced blend of herbs. Rockweed contributes to improved energy metabolism. Ashwagandha helps maintain high energy and vitality levels. It supports physical and mental well-being. Horsetail improves the condition of skin, hair, and nails. Rockrose, plantain, ashwagandha, and horsetail counteract the formation of free radicals. Fucus, horsetail, and knotweed contribute to weight loss. Rockrose and plantain strengthen the immune system. Moringa and black cumin help maintain normal blood glucose levels.

Directions:

Adults: Mix the product thoroughly, cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Consume twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings:

Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. This product should not be consumed if taking sedatives, hypnotics, or antiepileptic medications.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
