Use:
Hawthorn inflorescence tea supports the proper functioning of the heart and circulatory system. It increases oxygen supply and improves peripheral blood circulation. It helps reduce tension and irritability, helps calm the body, relaxes it, and facilitates falling asleep.
How to use:
Break 1 tea bag in boiling water (200ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion 3 times a day.
