Ingredients:

Nettle herb - 25%, goldenrod herb - 25%, birch leaf - 15%, couch grass rhizome - 15%, horsetail herb - 10%, rowan fruit - 10%. The content of individual ingredients per daily serving is: nettle herb - 2.5g, goldenrod herb - 2.5g, birch leaf - 1.5g, couch grass rhizome - 1.5g, horsetail herb - 1.0g, rowan berry - 1.0g.

Application:

This herbal blend is recommended for those concerned about the proper functioning of their kidneys and urinary tract. Nettle, goldenrod, birch, couch grass, and horsetail increase urine output through the kidneys and contribute to the proper functioning of the urinary tract. Horsetail and rowan berry invigorate and restore vitality. Additionally, birch and couch grass cleanse the body and help maintain joint flexibility and mobility.

Directions:

Adults: Mix the product thoroughly, cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Take twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings:

Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
