The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is as follows: artichoke herb – 1.8g, mint leaf – 0.9g, dandelion root – 0.9 g, lemongrass – 0.9 g, chamomile flower head – 0.6 g, caraway fruit – 0.6 g, turmeric rhizome – 0.3 g.

Use:

This tea is a carefully selected blend of herbs that complements your daily diet. The tea's ingredients are particularly recommended for digestive issues. Artichoke supports proper liver function and helps maintain liver health. Together with caraway, they support the flow of digestive juices. Artichoke, mint, dandelion, chamomile, and caraway support the digestive system and contribute to intestinal comfort. Chamomile, caraway, and mint are invaluable for indigestion, bloating, and abdominal cramps. Dandelion supports the proper functioning of the bile ducts. Directions:

Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to brew the infusion three times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
