Use:
Herbal tea recommended as a hot drink. Horsetail herb strengthens hair and nails, improves skin appearance, and helps maintain the elasticity of blood vessels. It also has a beneficial effect on kidney function and has a diuretic effect. Contributes to body mineralization.
How to use:
Break 1 tea bag in boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion twice a day.
