Ingredients:

Yarrow herb - 25%, shepherd's purse herb - 20%, lady's mantle herb - 15%, rosemary leaf - 15%, deadnettle flower - 10%, lemon balm herb - 10%, raspberry leaf - 5%.

The content of individual ingredients per daily portion of the product is as follows: yarrow herb - 2.5g, shepherd's purse herb - 2.0g, lady's mantle herb - 1.5g, rosemary leaf Rosemary – 1.5g, deadnettle flower – 1.0g, lemon balm herb – 1.0g, raspberry leaf – 0.5g.

Usage:

This blend is a carefully selected composition of 7 herbs intended for women. Yarrow relieves menstrual cramps and supports the normal function of blood vessels. Shepherd's purse provides well-being and comfort during menstruation, prevents excessive bleeding, and supports the functioning of the urinary tract. Lady's mantle strengthens the body and provides comfort during menstruation. Deadnettle and raspberry leaf help maintain comfort during the menstrual cycle and enhance the elimination of excess water through the kidneys. Lemon balm reduces irritability and mental tension. Rosemary gives the blend a pleasant flavor and aroma.

Directions:

Teenagers and adult women: Mix the product thoroughly, cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Drink twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.

Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women.
