Ingredients:

Elderflower - 25%, dandelion herb - 15%, meadowsweet herb - 15%, birch leaf - 10%, knotweed herb - 10%, burdock root - 10%, rose hips - 10%, willow bark - 5%.

The content of individual ingredients per daily portion of the product is: elderflower - 2.5g, dandelion herb - 1.5g, meadowsweet herb - 1.5g, birch leaf - 1.0g, knotweed herb - 1.0g, burdock root - 1.0g, rose hips - 1.0g, willow bark - 0.5g.

Use:

This blend is a carefully selected composition of herbs for those concerned about the health of their musculoskeletal system, especially joint mobility. Meadowsweet contributes to the proper functioning, flexibility, and health of joints, and relieves muscle and joint pain. Birch contributes to the proper activity and condition of joints. Together with burdock, it supports joint mobility and flexibility. Burdock also protects and restores cartilage. Rose hips help maintain healthy and flexible joints, helping to maintain their mobility and increase their strength. Willow is used to maintain muscle and joint health. Dandelion relieves inflammatory pain.

Directions:

Adults: Mix the product thoroughly, cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Drink twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.

Warnings:

Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women, or people with hypersensitivity to salicylates or blood clotting disorders.
