Directions for use:

Adults: Mix the product thoroughly. Steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml), covered, for 10 minutes. Consume twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.
