Ingredients:

Meadowsweet herb - 25%, birch leaf - 20%, bilberry leaf - 20%, lingonberry leaf 20%, St. John's wort - 5%, lavender flower - 5%, ginger - 5%.

The content of individual ingredients per daily portion of the product is: meadowsweet herb - 2.5g, birch leaf - 2.0g, bilberry leaf - 2.0g, lingonberry leaf - 2.0g, St. John's wort - 0.5g, lavender flower - 0.5g, ginger - 0.5g.

Usage:

This blend is a carefully selected composition of herbs recommended for rootworms. Meadowsweet helps relieve inflammatory muscle and joint pain. Ginger relieves pain associated with movement and helps control inflammatory reactions. It helps maintain joint mobility and avoid morning stiffness. St. John's wort has a general regenerative effect, increases the body's adaptation, and helps maintain a positive mood. Lingonberry supports the body's physical immunity, and lavender promotes relaxation.

Directions for use:

Adults: Mix the product thoroughly, cover 1 teaspoon of the blend (approx. 5g) and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Take twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.

Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women.
