Ingredients:

Fenugreek seeds - 20%, marshmallow root - 20%, oregano - 15%, thyme - 15%, ginger - 15%, turmeric - 10%, cumin - 5%. .

The content of individual ingredients per daily serving is: fenugreek seeds – 2g, marshmallow root – 2g, oregano herb – 1.5g, thyme herb – 1.5g, ginger – 1.5g, turmeric – 1.0g, cumin – 0.5g.

Use:

This blend is a carefully selected composition of herbs for people with SIBO or IBS. The blend's ingredients improve digestive comfort. Additionally, fenugreek helps maintain proper pH in the stomach. Marshmallow supports digestion and intestinal transit. Oregano ensures good digestion, intestinal health, and gallbladder health. Turmeric contributes to the secretion of digestive juices and supports the liver and bile ducts, aids in the digestion of fats, and increases appetite. Cumin relieves feelings of fullness and reduces flatulence. It also affects proper intestinal function and the flow of digestive juices, and helps with abdominal cramps. Oregano, ginger, and turmeric reduce inflammation in the body.

Directions:

Adults: Mix the product thoroughly. Steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml), covered, for 10 minutes, or use to season a meal. Use twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.

Do not use on children, pregnant women, or during breastfeeding.
