Inulin (from chicory) – 100%.
The inulin content per recommended daily portion is 5 g.
Purpose:
Inulin is a natural prebiotic obtained from plants. It is a type of soluble dietary fiber. It has a pleasant, slightly sweet taste. It is recommended in a diet required for irregular bowel function.
Directions:
Adolescents and adults: Pour half a teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g) into a full glass of water (250 ml), stir until dissolved, and drink. Use twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product can also be used as an addition to soups, sauces, baked goods, yogurts, and coffee.
Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children. Store in a closed container.
Warnings:
Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Do not take simultaneously with medications, keep a 2-hour interval.
