Use:
Sideritis tea has a unique flavor and aroma. It is a popular drink among the inhabitants of the Balkans. It is a source of nourishment for the body. It is especially recommended in the autumn and winter months and when vitality is low. It can be consumed hot or cold.
Directions:
Infuse 1 teaspoon of the herb in boiling water, covered, for about 10 minutes. Can be served with honey or a slice of lemon.
