Usage:
Japanese knotweed rhizome has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. It is a valuable herbal resource and a natural resource for the body. Japanese knotweed rhizome tea is recommended for daily consumption. Additionally, an infusion of the rhizome can also be used externally to wash acne, pimples, and minor wounds, as well as for skin compresses.
Directions:
Infuse 1 teaspoon of the rhizome with boiling water (200ml), covered, for 10-15 minutes. Drink freshly prepared infusion twice a day.
