Ingredients:

Nettle leaf – 32%, red clover herb – 25%, lemon balm herb – 15%, dandelion herb – 15%, evening primrose seeds – 5%, black mallow flower – 5%, hop cones – 3%.

The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is as follows: nettle leaf – 1.92g, red clover herb – 1.5g, lemon balm herb – 0.9g, dandelion herb – 0.9g, evening primrose seeds – 0.3g, flower Black mallow – 0.3 g, hop cones – 0.18 g.

Usage:

Clover and hops help cope with menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, sweating, anxiety, and irritability. Clover affects the strength and elasticity of blood vessels and contributes to increased bone strength. Dandelion and evening primrose help maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Lemon balm supports hormonal balance, relieves anxiety, irritability, and mental tension, and facilitates sleep. Additionally, hops calm the nervous system. Nettle supports the musculoskeletal system.

Directions:

Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare an infusion three times daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
