Ingredients:

Chamomile flower head - 25%, couch grass rhizome - 20%, ribwort plantain leaf - 20%, marshmallow root - 14%, hawthorn fruit - 10%, marigold flower head - 4%, lavender flower - 2%, caraway fruit - 2%, fennel fruit - 2%, valerian root - 1%.

The content of individual ingredients per daily portion of the product is as follows: chamomile flower head - 1.25 g, couch grass rhizome - 1.0g, plantain leaf – 1.0g, marshmallow root – 0.7g, hawthorn fruit – 0.5g, marigold flower – 0.2g, lavender flower – 0.1g, caraway fruit – 0.1g, fennel fruit – 0.1g, valerian root – 0.05g.

Use:

This blend is a carefully selected composition of herbs recommended for colon problems. Chamomile, plantain, marshmallow, lavender, caraway, dill, and valerian contribute to good digestion. Couch grass and marshmallow also support intestinal function. Chamomile is also helpful for indigestion and supports digestive disorders such as mild cramps, flatulence, and belching. Plantain stimulates the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora. Cumin relieves feelings of fullness, supports the secretion of digestive juices, and helps with abdominal cramps. Fennel supports elimination and helps with flatulence. Valerian relieves spasms in the digestive tract.

Directions:

Adults: Mix thoroughly, cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Take once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.

Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women.
