Use:
Lovage root is recommended for making teas and as an addition to meals. Lovage root supports digestion and liver function.
Directions:
Tea: Cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the root in boiling water (200ml) for 10-15 minutes. Drink freshly prepared infusion twice a day.
Use as a spice according to your preference.
