Purpose:
Lungwort herb, also known as "lungwort," has a soothing effect on the mouth, throat, and vocal cords. It helps with so-called "tickle" in the throat.
Directions:
Pour 1 tablespoon of lungwort herb into a glass of lukewarm water (200 ml), bring to a boil, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink freshly prepared decoction up to 3 times a day.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Store in a dry place.
