Uses:
Lungwort has a soothing effect on the mouth, throat and vocal cords. It helps with so-called ailments "tickle" in the throat.
Directions:
Pour a glass of lukewarm water (200 ml) over 1 tablespoon of lungwort herb, bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink freshly prepared decoction up to 3 times a day. Don’t exceed the recommended daily portion.
