Ingredients:

Bedstraw herb – 25%, nettle herb – 20%, burdock root – 20%, rhizome Butcher's broom – 15%, lemongrass – 10%, clover herb – 10%.

The content of individual ingredients per recommended daily portion is: bedstraw herb – 1.0 g; nettle herb – 0.8 g; burdock root – 0.8 g; butcher's broom rhizome – 0.6 g; lemongrass – 0.4 g; clover herb – 0.4 g.

Application:

This tea is a perfectly selected composition of herbs used to improve lymphatic flow. Bedstraw helps cleanse the body by ensuring healthy lymphatic flow. Nettle supports venous circulation, reducing the feeling of tired and heavy legs. It relieves the legs and improves blood circulation. Burdock improves water excretion through the kidneys, contributes to body drainage and blood purification. Butcher's broom helps reduce swelling, relieves heavy legs, and supports venous circulation. Clover strengthens blood vessels and increases their elasticity.

Directions:

Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to brew the infusion twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
