Use:
Calendula has healing properties. It soothes the throat, larynx, and vocal cords. It relieves a tickly throat. It supports proper liver function. Protects against age-related changes.
Directions:
Pour 1 teaspoon of the flower into a glass of boiling water (200 ml), steep for 5-10 minutes, and drink the freshly prepared infusion twice a day.
