Use:
Marshmallow has soothing properties for the mouth and throat. It has antibacterial properties. Additionally, it supports digestion and intestinal transit.
Directions:
Pour 1 teaspoon of the root over room temperature water (200 ml) for 30 minutes, drink the freshly prepared macerate 2-3 times a day.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Store in a dry place.
