Usage:
Mistletoe helps lower blood pressure and contributes to a healthy circulatory system. It helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Mistletoe is a valuable antioxidant and strengthens the immune system.
Directions:
Infuse 1 level teaspoon of the herb with boiling water (200ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. Drink the freshly prepared infusion once daily. Do not use long-term.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
