Uses:
Moringa is called the "miracle tree" or "tree of long life" because every part of it is beneficial. Moringa helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. This uniquely flavored tea, rich in nutrients for the body, was used in ancient Ayurvedic medicine.
Directions:
Pour 1 teaspoon of leaves into a glass of boiling water (200 ml), steep for approximately 10 minutes, and drink the freshly prepared infusion twice daily.
