Intended use:

This supplement complements your daily diet. Nettle leaf has diuretic properties, supports metabolism, cleanses the blood, and strengthens the body. Nettle leaf has a beneficial effect on joint function.

Directions:

Pour 1 teaspoon (approx. 1 g) into a cup of boiling water, cover, and steep for 10 minutes. It is recommended to brew the infusion up to 3 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
