Use:
A breath of freshness, a memory of summer. Fingers fragrant with juice, a slightly peppery taste on the tongue. All enclosed in a sachet full of dried leaves. Carefully dried to preserve exactly what our grandmothers and great-grandmothers valued so much during times of poor digestion or stomach aches.
Directions:
Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes.
Store in a dry place.
