Ingredients:

Iceland moss - 25%, marshmallow root - 25%, chamomile flower - 15%, linseed - 10%, lemon balm herb - 10%, marjoram herb - 5%, fennel fruit - 5%, ginger - 3%, licorice root - 2%.

The content of individual ingredients per daily portion of the product is: Iceland moss - 2.5g, marshmallow root - 2.5g, chamomile flower - 1.5g, linseed - 1.0g, lemon balm herb - 1.0g, marjoram herb - 0.5g, fennel fruit Fennel – 0.5g, ginger – 0.3g, licorice root – 0.2g.

Contains licorice – people with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

Use:

This blend is a carefully selected composition of herbs for people suffering from gastroesophageal reflux. Iceland moss, marshmallow, chamomile, flax, lemon balm, marjoram, dill, ginger, and licorice support digestion. Marshmallow, flax, lemon balm, marjoram, dill, and ginger also contribute to the proper functioning of the digestive tract. Chamomile helps with indigestion and flatulence, and helps with gastrointestinal complaints such as minor cramps, bloating, and burping. Fennel helps with flatulence and abdominal cramps. Licorice contributes to the proper functioning of the mucous membranes of the stomach and small intestine, providing comfort to those with a sensitive digestive system. Ginger also helps prevent nausea and vomiting associated with transportation.

Directions:

Adults: Mix thoroughly, cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Take twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.

Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women.
