Ingredients:

Rooibos leaf – 30%, blackthorn fruit – 25%, nettle herb – 23%, holly leaf – 9%, ginseng root – 5%, fenugreek seeds – 4%, ashwagandha root – 3.5%, vitamin premix containing vitamins: C, thiamine, riboflavin, B6, B12, E, niacin, biotin, pantothenic acid, folic acid – 0.5%.

The content of individual ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is: rooibos leaf – 1.80 g; sloe fruit – 1.50 g; nettle herb – 1.38 g; holly leaf – 0.54 g; ginseng root – 0.30 g; fenugreek seeds – 0.24 g; Ashwagandha root – 0.21 g.

The content of individual vitamins in the recommended daily portion of the product constitutes 15% of the reference intake.

Usage:

This tea is a perfectly balanced blend of herbs and vitamins. Holly strengthens the body, has stimulating and toning properties, and contributes to increasing the body's resistance to physical and mental fatigue. Ginseng and ashwagandha help maintain physical and mental performance in cases of weakness, exhaustion, fatigue, and loss of concentration. Nettle and blackthorn provide energy. Additionally, fenugreek supports the body's immunity. Vitamins: thiamine, riboflavin, B6, B12, biotin, and niacin contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system. Folic acid and vitamin C contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system. Pantothenic acid helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and helps maintain normal mental performance.

Directions:

Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to brew the infusion 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
