The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion is: rosehip – 1.8 g, ginger – 1.2 g, nettle herb – 0.9 g, devil's claw root – 0.6 g, burdock root – 0.6 g, meadowsweet herb – 0.6 g, willow bark – 0.3 g.

Application:

This tea supplements the daily diet of people struggling with musculoskeletal problems. Rosehip helps maintain healthy and flexible joints, supporting their agility and strength. Ginger also supports joint mobility and prevents morning stiffness. Nettle supports the proper functioning of the musculoskeletal system, helps maintain the agility and flexibility of joints, muscles, and tendons, and also has anti-inflammatory properties, relieving muscle and joint pain. Devil's claw helps maintain flexible joints and tendons, ensuring proper joint function. Burdock improves joint mobility, activates metabolism, and protects and regenerates cartilage. Directions:

Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion 3 times a day.
