Use:
Sea buckthorn berry strengthens the heart and supports metabolism. It increases the activity of the digestive tract and contributes to supporting metabolism. It supports the immune system and helps reduce fatigue. It also helps maintain healthy skin. Sea buckthorn tea has a slightly tart taste and a subtle aroma.
Directions:
Pour 1 tablespoon of fruit into a glass of boiling water (200 ml), steep for about 10 minutes, and drink the freshly prepared infusion 1-2 times a day.
