Usage:
Speedwell supports kidney and bladder function. It helps maintain healthy sleep and promotes relaxation. It has soothing properties for the mouth and throat. It also has a beneficial effect on the skin.
Directions:
Infuse 1 teaspoon of the herb with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 10-15 minutes. Drink a freshly prepared infusion once a day.
